We are excited to announce the first AMI People Professionals Forum.

A quarterly online forum to collaboratively discuss topics specific to people professionals within indie media agencies. People professionals and those responsible for people initiatives within their agencies meet to discuss the varied approaches to ad hoc situations, sharing best practice, individual agencies takes on unusual scenarios, and opportunities to work together for collective gain both commercially and socially. All themes will be underscored by an intersectional lens of DEI and L&D throughout.

Our first forum will be RESOURCING: A frank evaluation of the current market including large scale network redundancies, the power of being an indie, how to retain talent in uncertain times, and an exciting collective recruitment opportunity to leverage lower rates on small scale bookings.
