Bringing together CEOs and agency leaders from across the Alliance membership to discuss the pressures and opportunities shaping independent agencies today.

Our industry is going through rapid change (when isn’t it?). This session is an opportunity to step away from the day-to-day and have an open conversation with fellow agency leaders about some of the biggest challenges facing agencies right now.

We’ll explore:

• AI and client expectations – balancing demands for greater speed and efficiency while protecting the value agencies bring.
• Margins and pricing pressure – navigating rising costs, changing commercial models and pressure on profitability.
• People and agency culture – keeping teams motivated and engaged as agency models and ways of working continue to evolve.

Join us for a peer-led discussion on shared experiences and approaches, including an open Q&A around what’s working, what isn’t, and how the Alliance can support members through these challenges.

There’ll also be plenty of time to connect with fellow agency leaders over drinks.
