JourneyHR understand that some clients need flexible, ad hoc HR advice without committing to a retainer. In these cases, they provide support on a pay-as-you-go basis, covering areas such as performance management, long-term absence, and grievance processes.
- Client Collective
For clients with smaller budgets, they offer a retained service where you can access monthly remote advice and support from their HR experts via a HR inbox system. They ensure fast response times and support with day-to-day employee enquiries and address any business challenges you may have.
- Bulk Hour Purchase
For clients who like the pay as you go service, they offer a discounted price on their hourly rate for a bulk hour purchase. For £5,000, clients get 27 hours of ad hoc support to spend within 12 months.
- Project Work
They deliver project-based HR support on a fixed-fee basis, working to a defined brief. This is ideal for existing HR teams needing additional capacity or businesses requiring support on specific initiatives. Their project work includes areas such as management training, team building, organisational restructures, gender pay gap reporting, engagement surveys, and the development of appraisal systems. Their Fractional HR solution gives you access to experienced HR Directors on a part-time, retained basis. They embed themselves as an extension of your leadership team providing the strategic thinking and hands-on delivery of an in-house People Director, without the full-time overhead.
