Rose Bentley, Director of Clients and Strategy at Propeller Group

Rose’s career has spanned marcomms, PR, management, business development and coaching across Europe, the US, The Middle East and India. As Global Head of Business Development and then Global Head of Reputation at Wolff Olins, she hired Propeller back in 2017 and liked us so much she joined us as Director of Strategy last year. Rose helps clients get on-point with their comms strategy and messaging, with a deep understanding of what creative agencies need to deliver.

Gita Luz, Well_Lab lead and innovation strategist at Brink

Gita is always looking for new ways to scale social impact through quick experimentation so we fail fast and make evidence-based decisions. She is an experienced leader in innovation, fundraising and marketing with over 13 years’ experience in the commercial and non-profit sector in Asia and Europe.  She has successfully established and delivered brand-new innovation departments and has led large-scale campaigns that have generated millions of pounds.

Adam Rubins, Founder, Non Executive, Business Advisor & Mentor to CEO’s

Adam Rubins, Founder of the arc, a management consultancy designed to help independent businesses grow and exit under a lens of wellbeing. Adam has over 25 years of delivering digital-first strategic communications both agency and client side, heading up EMEA marketing at Disney, launching over 400 films and then more recently running the award-winning global integrated communications agency, Way To Blue, working with clients such as Red Bull, NBC Universal and InterContinental Hotels Group before selling in 2018. Adam is a passionate wellbeing advocate and a CEO coach/mentor
