In order to develop proposals and pitch responses to answer the brief you truly need to get into the understanding of the challenges that the brand or business face. In this 90 minute session we will look at what understanding you need to truly get under the skin of the challenges and develop solutions to help address their objectives.

- Market and customer/consumer challenges
- Understand their commercial and marketing goals
- Your role within delivering this movement
- How to develop and utilise this learning to develop your client relationships

Throughout her 20 year career she has gained an extensive track record for delivering profitable brand growth both client-side at Bosch, Premier Foods, Burger King and Britvic and, latterly, in a consultancy capacity through her consultancy Labyrinth Marketing which strive to step change brands, peoples and agencies growth through consultancy, mentoring, training and coaching. This is done across multiple categories and sectors whose clients GSK, TBK, Ferrero, SHS group to name a few.
