The experience of lockdown has been both physically and mentally challenging for all of us but we are now seeing many signs of the UK moving towards a ‘new normal’. Our offices are in the process of working out what that ‘new normal’ looks like and we are aware that this period of trial and change may be daunting to some of you.
As such we would like to offer some support around mental wellbeing and we have invited Performance Coach Tim Smale to run an online session. Some of you may have worked with Tim before but for the last 20 years he has been helping individual and corporate clients perform to more of their full potential. He has a new business pitch win rate of over 80% and has helped his clients win Oscars, Baftas, Brits, Champions League medals and more ( including Strictly (x2) and Masterchef titles).
The session will be about an hour and Tim will provide some audio for you to listen to later at home should you so wish. During lockdown he has been running Mental Wellbeing sessions to companies large and small with some pretty impressive results and predicts an upturn in mood and performance of around 20% from the session.
This session will explore the science behind improved performance and you will gain a better understanding of neuroscience theory in relation to thoughts, feelings and behaviours and how we can reframe our responses more appropriately to avoid negative thoughts, anxieties and burnout.
