As we go into 2021 after a tumultuous 2020 the focus on Agency purpose will really come into focus.
So I am delighted to be able to invite you to the first CEO Summit of 2021 on January 27th at 9am.
The theme for the Summit is:
“Has the notion of building it to flog it had its day?”
We are seeing and hearing more agencies looking to sustainable business models using EMI and Employee Ownership Trusts to encourage shared endeavour and collective ownership to reinforce their common purpose and independence.
To help in this discussion I am pleased that Lord Leigh of Hurley has agreed to join us. Lord Leigh is not only a great champion of entrepreneurs but is also Chair of Cavendish Corporate Finance, a business that exclusively represents business owners in the sale of their businesses.
We will also be joined by Caroline Kinsey, Chair of Cirkle, who as an Alliance has introduced an Employee Ownership Trusts into the businesses and can give first hand experience as to the reason why they did it and the benefits that it has brought
I believe that this will be a lively discussion and therefore am expecting a good turnout. We usually restrict the CEO Summits to 15 attendees to allow optimal participation for everyone but on this occasion we are extending it to 20 with others being able to view as a Webinar plus Q&A.
So please have a good Christmas (if reading this before) and I wish you all a well deserved break and Happy New Year.
