Commercial Group Meeting (Member Event)

The November commercial group is a chance to chat through what’s been a challenging year and share your thoughts and experiences with your peers. We’ll then look ahead to 2021 and how agencies can prepare for what also looks like another year of uncertainty. The meeting will conclude with presenting an agenda for this group throughout 2021, asking for feedback and guidance to help ensure the commercial group offers maximum value to you next year.

We have nine action groups that run for members at the Alliance, and the commercial group is one that is ideal for anybody that has responsibility for the agency financials. CEO, MD and FD roles in particular.
