Dr Anne Cockayne
Inspired by her own family experiences, Anne began her Doctoral research to explore the experiences of autistic people and their managers in the workplace. Anne completed her Doctorate in 2019 and now runsawareness and support sessions for groups, organisations, and individuals, all with the aim of supporting people to thrive in their career and working lives. Anne also works at Nottingham Business school teaching postgraduate HR
programmes and supporting SME’s seeking to enhance their own diversity and inclusion outcomes. Anneprovides career coaching for people looking to develop their leadership and management skills and improve their career opportunities.
