Sophie is a Registered Nutritional Therapist DipION mBANT CNHC. Sophie sees clients on a 1:1 basis, helping them with a variety of concerns such as low energy, weight management, gut health issues, anxiety, poor sleep and skin conditions. Sophie also runs workshops for businesses and writes for multiple publications.
A busy sales job and an active London social life left Sophie feeling low-energy. She desperately wanted information on how to improve her health, but was left confused reading conflicting online articles and taking advice off Instagram!
She decided to study a four-year Nutritional Therapy Diploma at the prestigious and world-renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London, studying the latest evidence-based research from pioneering experts and partaking in clinical practice.
