We know the thought of returning back to the office can be a stressful experience for many. This session will cover:
- Tools and tips to sustainably improve and maintain your anxiety levels and overall mental health when working back in the office.
- Ways to stay active to benefit your mental health.
- How sleep and nutrition can impact our mental health and tools and tips on how to maintain healthy levels in each area.
- Going through our template to create a personalised wellbeing action plan taking your unique barriers, enablers and action plans to each area of wellbeing – tailored for returning to the office.
