Session overview

In November 2020, a report by Atlassain, showed that people around the world were working longer, on average, than they did before the pandemic. Indeed, in our Wellbeing Research, many respondents commented on the longer hours they were working and the increased levels of burnout. With flexible working the new normal for many companies, how do we ensure our colleagues and employees keep a healthy balance?

In this session, we will explore how we can support employees, and those in our industry, with keeping a balance. From implementing workplace structures and guides to having open conversations about workload. We will discuss best practice and share strategies for success.
