9-9.30 – Jamie Matthews, CEO, Initials will share his perspective on the agency of the future having deep dived into this for a previous project. Jamie will speak for c20 minutes and then a 10 min Q&A. Please come prepared with questions from your groups insights and discussions

9.30-10.00 – each group to take 5 minutes to report back on status, key findings, next steps.

Members of our Future Leaders Group are committed to building their careers in the agency world. They want to be part of a network of like minded people and wish to contribute to the wider community of independent marketing agencies.
