Today Spencer runs Cactus, the leading UK Agency growth consultancy, helping owners of small-medium sized independent Agencies in their growth journey.
Spencer is passionate about sharing his vast Agency knowledge and helping Agency founders grow and scale their businesses.
Spencer is also the co-host of Agencyphonics, Vodcast on YouTube and Podcast on Spotify and iTunes a long format show dedicated to sharing more knowledge to agency people.
Spencer and Cactus Co-founder, Peter Hoole are the authors of the best-selling book, Agencynomics. At the end of April 2020 Agencynomics was launched, a new global community dedicated to helping Agency people solve their challenges, by providing them with ethically sourced data and the knowledge to make informed business decisions.
Agencynomics is now the largest, free of charge, social enterprise community in the UK for Agency Founders.
