In this session we will look at two key skills we need to develop to be better managers. We need to build our skills in managing people and we need to have a toolbox of skills to manage projects. Regardless of the type of agency you work in, the role you have or your level of seniority these skills are always vital to your success. We will focus on a few simple and pragmatic ways to refocus on managing these two key areas better.

There will be a chance to ask questions after the session, but ultimately we want the session to help you thrive in your role, not just ‘manage’ to get the job done.
