In the Hotseat: Sir Martin Sorrell
Sir Martin Sorrell for many needs no introduction. Having started and built WPP into the largest agency group in the world, he is now in his third act building S4 Capital into a very different organisation that, whilst already valued at over £4 billion, is equally a champion for the values of independence. (view the session overview below)
The Alliance is currently running a survey with Clients asking what characteristics (ie Agility, Specialists, Value etc) they would ascribe to independent agencies that are inherent in the DNA of being an independent.
Our In the Hotseat discussion with Sir Martin will focus on the some of these characteristics with an emphasis on ‘owner mentality’.
We believe that this will be of great interest to everyone in the independent agency community who has embraced the entrepreneurial spirit and committed to share their endeavours with colleagues.
