With a pandemic-fueled rush on talent and the realisation that people can work from anywhere, the war for top marketing and advertising talent is fiercer than it’s ever been.
A key contributing factor in this war is the ‘The Great Resignation’ and that family and agency life are seemingly at odds with each other.
In this interview we will gain fresh perspective and outside thinking from CEO of MumsNet, Justine Roberts who is perfect placed to explore this issue and ultimately help us answer the question – Is the Industry doing enough to support women?
Justine Roberts CBE is Founder and CEO of Mumsnet, one of the UK’s largest and most influential online communities sharing advice, support and product recommendations with over 8 million users and over 110 million pageviews per month. Justine is a non-executive director of FTSE100 insurance firm Admiral and of the Open Data Institute founded by Sir Tim Berners-Lee. She is a member of the Government’s Rose Review Board.
