The annual agency planning and budgeting season is upon us.

But this time it feels a little different. There’s more market uncertainty, more unknowns, more questions to answer.
And from a new business standpoint, bringing both threat and opportunity in equal measure.

So, we thought it would be timely to convene our New Business Action Group, so that we could share our thoughts and experiences, to help us navigate new business in the year ahead.

We plan to review the headlines from our recent agency poll and have asked Mark Clark, Managing Director of jfdi to chair the session, to shine a light on where the traps and opportunities might lie, from a new business perspective in these uncertain times.
