STRATEGY ACTION GROUP (Member Event)

2021 sees the launch of our Alliance Strategy group. It’s a chance for anybody in membership with a role in strategy and planning to form a new community. The first meeting will be a chance to pool ideas around what the group can achieve and discuss challenges and opportunities for the year. We then have a presentation to launch a mentoring/internship programme within the group for junior strategists and new talent, inviting feedback and participation from the group. If you’re a planner, strategy director or similar and could benefit from a community specifically for you please come along.

Agenda

  • Update from board – Callum to provide update from board meeting, specifically re. mentorship opportunities and schemes (existing Alliance)
  • Hot topics – what challenges do you face as a strategist planner at the moment?  Everyone to contribute.  Objective = identifying any common ground and opportunities to support each other
  • Suppliers and vendors – start the discussion with sharing interesting suppliers the group should be aware of / sharing
  • Opinium and omnibus opportunity – share with the group Opinium’s cost-effective question proposal – creating shared value for the group
