The past year has had a greater impact than zoom fatigue, it has resulted in the intuitive part of our brain, the subconscious, becoming dormant.
As society returns to ‘normal’, so must our interactions with others.
In this session, Nina Stephenson-Camps will explore how to overcome obstacles, whether that be returning to the office, having open face-to-face conversations or discussing career progression, through a dynamic reset through a mix of mindfulness techniques and mindset approaches baked in performance coaching. With over 15 years’ experience working in the marketing and comms industry working with Nestle, P&G, Unilever, Diageo and Ford motor company for organisations including Google, Microsoft and Ogilvy, Nina understands what’s required to successfully lead teams which deliver award winning creative. Nina’s taken those experiences and as Mindset Coach, uniquely combines her business acumen with her mindfulness expertise to deliver solutions baked in performance coaching to talent in fast paced environments.
