In 2020 the world changed, the pandemic meant as agencies many of our businesses are now running a hybrid or distributed team/business. Considering this new agency model the Talent Action Group would like to spend the rest of the year looking at the following three areas:

With a wider talent pool how do we find and recruit great people, what’s working and what’s not, how can the Alliance help?

We will be joined by Kathryn Strachan, Founder & Managing Director of Copy House.  Kathryn will speak with us about attracting Talent, and share her experiences at Copy House regarding this.
