In 2020 the world changed, the pandemic meant as agencies many of our businesses are now running a hybrid or distributed team/business. Considering this new agency model the Talent Action Group would like to spend the rest of the year looking at the following three areas:

Q3 Meeting: 14^th September – Talent Retention

In our Quarter 2 session we focussed on Talent Attraction.  In our Q3 session we will focus on Talent Retention – spending less time physically together, how do we build bonds and retain great people?

 

Q4 Meeting: 14^th December – Talent Development

In the past progression was linear and typically based on experience and hierarchy, with flatter more agile organisations, what is progression and what is really important to our people?
