Driving forward change within DE&I in our agencies takes many paths, but flexible working can often be overlooked as a really powerful tool to enable this.

It supports those with health conditions and caring responsibilities, helps reduce the gender pay gap, can improve social mobility, and can provide greater access to employment for those with disabilities.

With all the benefits, why are some companies still reluctant to commit to flexible working ongoing, and see it as a bit of an experiment?

Molly co-founded Flexa careers after realising there was a total lack of transparency about flexible working from companies. It may often be a line at the bottom of a JD, so how do you know if they truly are flexible?

Therefore Molly went away and created a flexible jobs board that verifies employers on their flexibility, and gives candidates true transparency from the start.
