TRAINING : How To Give Useful Feedback On Creative Proposals

In most creative review meetings, people often talk about themselves rather than the idea on the table. “I like it” is meaningless unless said by the most senior stakeholder in the room. All too often status gets in the way and good ideas get killed before they’ve had a chance to develop.  To give good feedback you need to be more than a bit creative yourself. You need to have informed judgment and you need to be completely honest. But when you get good at it, you become the catalyst for getting better work out of a more coherent team.

YOU WILL LEARN

  • How to differentiate between your own rational and emotional responses
  • How to appraise an idea in 360°. And how to manage the senior people in the room without them knowing
  • How to influence the idea and help it morph into something better

TOOLS YOU WILL ACQUIRE INCLUDE:

  • The 10 crucial questions
  • Kipling’s 6 Serving Men
  • de Bono’s 6 Hats
  • The 10 best ideas of all time
