TRAINING : How to Interpret the Client’s Brief
In order to develop a robust proposals and pitch responses, you need to be able to not only answer the brief, but builds confidence with your client as a long term agency partner. In this all in 90 session we will look at process from interrogating the brief and closing any knowledge the gaps to suggestion on how to structure and present your thinking in your proposal to demonstrate your clarity on the challenges clients and brands face and the recommended and proposed activities to solve it.
In this 90 minute session we will look at:
- Interpreting the brief, defining the organisational, Market and customer/consumer challenges
- Understand the required movement and defining the objectives
- Your role within delivering this movement
- How to structure your proposals
- What to ensure you include
- Pre pitch prep
