This practical session dives deeply into how to make them empowering so they deliver positive benefits. Managed well, they encourage initiative, empower self-reflection and allow self-awareness and they build a culture of development. This will empower employees to get the most out of their appraisals – so they see them as an opportunity rather than a threat.
