Wellbeing When Returning To Work Post Lockdown : ‘All-in-90’ TRAINING
It is an uncertain time at the moment, with many just starting to get used to working from home and the new pace of life. Beginning to work back in the office or place of work can be a significant shift for your team, again. This can therefore impact how they go about looking after their wellbeing.
THIS WORKSHOP WILL

Support attendees to develop/update their wellbeing action plans, to integrate mental health, physical activity, sleep and nutrition into their lives – leading to happier, healthier and more productive employees.

We can also support managers on how to enable their team to integrate wellbeing into their lives at work and at home.

Kahlil Reneris the Founder and Director at Rener Wellbeing – consulting a range of global organisations to sustainably improve their employees’ wellbeing. He has a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science and and MSc in Sport Management from Loughborough University. He has over 10 years of experience coaching and consulting in the sports and workplace wellbeing context – having previously worked with the likes of Leicester Tigers and CEB, now Gartner.
