Working Parents – Balancing Family and Work Lives : ‘All-in-90’ TRAINING
All parents desire to balance work and family life and many find it a real challenge; particularly now that many have to work from home. Research shows that parents who manage to create a nurturing environment at home are happier, more creative and positive at work – and at home. Yet, many working parents feel guilty and stressed of not doing enough in either environment. This impacts on their performance and withers their potential at work and their connection with their children at home.
