It’s always a buyer’s market and clients are keener than ever to negotiate with agencies. Along with the increasing presence of procurement, agencies are at a significant disadvantage if they don’t develop an understanding of, and their individuals skills in, the art of negotiation.
This training provides a level of understanding that everyone who negotiates on behalf of the agency (time, money and resources) should know. Applying proven negotiation tools and techniques, into an agency context with practical examples and exercises.

Mark has extensive agency leadership and client experience. During his time in agencies, he worked across a wide range of clients, categories and disciplines with brands and companies such as Coca-Cola, Cadbury, Nestle, GlaxoSmithKline, Pfizer, InBev, Stella Artois, Bacardi, Durex. He has worked at both independent and multinational network agencies.
Mark continues to build on that agency experience through jfdi, working across a wide range of agency sectors and disciplines, with their leadership teams, to help them grow their agencies by winning more new business.
