TRAINING : Growing Existing Clients
Designed to drive organic growth by equipping you with the skills, to lead and grow your existing client relationships. This takes careful planning, from aligning growth plans to your agency strategy, identifying growable clients, to knowing where to look and how to ask.
You’ll learn through a series of exercises, how to spot opportunities and generate client insights, leaving you with a plan that can be acted upon immediately following the session. Also included is a process that works on expanding your client network, primarily to reach untapped budget holders.

Mark has extensive agency leadership and client experience. During his time in agencies, he worked across a wide range of clients, categories and disciplines with brands and companies such as Coca-Cola, Cadbury, Nestle, GlaxoSmithKline, Pfizer, InBev, Stella Artois, Bacardi, Durex. He has worked at both independent and multinational network agencies.
Mark continues to build on that agency experience through jfdi, working across a wide range of agency sectors and disciplines, with their leadership teams, to help them grow their agencies by winning more new business.
