James is Snr Director who runs the team responsible for enabling all Agencies and Partners to add value to customers and be successful on Linkedin. The team focuses on training, commercial business development and tech enablement.

Before joining Linkedin in 2013, James built and led digital commercial teams at MSFT, Yahoo and the Financial Times. His passion lies in helping people and businesses be as successful and fulfilled as possible, both personally and professionally and is an active coach and mentor within the industry. James lives with his wife Louise and their two children in the New Forest where he can indulge his passion for nature, cycling and running.
