We are excited to announce that the WELLBEING TRACKER 2023 IS NOW LIVE. This important initiative seeks to understand the mental wellbeing of employees in our industry, providing actionable insights to promote positive change. Please CLICK HERE to participate in this crucial survey and do share it with your colleagues and team.
The Wellbeing Tracker is an annual anonymous survey conducted in partnership with Opinium. The purpose is to gain a deep understanding of employees’ mental wellbeing, thereby helping agencies to recognise their needs and implement supportive measures.
The insights gained from this survey will be shared LIVE at this year’s FESTIVAL OF HAPPINESS on 10th October. We will delve into the results, reflect on the progress made over the past year, and identify areas where additional work is required. For those who are unable to attend the festival, the results will be made available afterwards.
Supporting mental wellbeing in the workplace is a journey, and we are all at different stages. The first step is listening to our employees and utilising their input to foster a healthier work environment. Last year’s survey results highlighted some significant takeaways:
- 88% reported experiencing poor mental health in the previous 12 months, a slight improvement from 96% in 2021 but still above the national average of 67%.
- 18% found their job stressful, on par with the previous year and slightly below the national average of 22%.
- 11% took time off to rest and recover for their mental wellbeing, slightly lower than the 13% reported the previous year.
- 76% felt their current workplace takes the mental health and wellbeing of their employees seriously.
Remember, the more responses we receive, the more accurate and useful the data will be. We greatly appreciate your participation and contribution to understanding and improving workplace mental wellbeing within our agencies.
