SETTING THE TALENT AGENDA FOR 2024
Every year the Kyan agency run an employee survey to take stock and see what’s working and what’s not in terms of their culture and people initiatives.
For the first talent action group of the year Rebecca Brennan COO of Kyan will be sharing the results and insights from the Kyan 2023 survey.
The main survey headlines were: engagement levels, communications, stress levels and socials were all positive, but the key areas for focus were: redesigning the annual review process, providing better feedback and creating a consistent methodology to running projects the Kyan way.
Using the insights from the Kyan survey and talking with other agency members about their biggest people challenges for the year ahead, we will discuss areas of commonality and how this will form the agenda for the talent action group for the rest of the year.
About the group: Lead by our member lead Rebecca Brennan COO at Kyan. When we ask CEOs what are the biggest challenges they face invariably the subject of talent is high on their list. No wonder there is always lots to talk about when the Talent Group meet every quarter. How do we attract new talent to the industry, how do we retain and develop this talent, how do we manage and get peak performance from our teams? What can we do to promote diversity? Collectively we can begin to find solutions and the sharing of knowledge accelerates the process. We also look at practical aspects like developing a Code of Conduct for Recruitment Agencies.
