Everyday Inclusion- Practical ways to be a more inclusive leader in an increasingly AI worldÂ
Join us on 1st May at 10am for our next DEI Action group meeting. In this session we will be joined by the Leadership Coach and Consultant, Jo Webb of Culture Co.
Our lives at home and at work are increasingly influenced by the rapid evolution of AI, yet the one thing that stands humans apart from the robots is our emotional understanding and experience.
There are a number of personality profiling type tools used to help us understand each other better and collaborate more effectively in the workplace. During this session we’re going to be using the Insights Discovery tool to take an innately human look at how we can leverage our strengths and differences to build more inclusive workplaces in this increasingly automated world. You don’t need any prior experience or knowledge of Insights – we’ll be taking a very light touch approach during the session to help us bring some of the concepts to life.
This should make for a progressive and unique discussion with limited practical DEI focused discussion on this topic currently. As always we aim for the session to be interactive and actionable.
In preparation for the session, we’d like to ask you to take 10 mins to reflect on the below model (adapted from Gardenswartz & Rowe’s four levels of diversity model) and complete the first four ellipses (all of them except blue) with your own personal information. We’ll be building on this work during the session so please bring a copy of your model to the session.
