How do indies win in 2027? with Major Players, Journey HR & Alliance of Independent Agencies

STRATEGY RESET

Get your house in order for 2027.

The end of the year is usually about getting projects over the line, hitting targets and making it to Christmas.

But before you do, it’s worth taking a moment to step out of the work — and look at yourself, your practice and where you’re heading next.

Because 2027 isn’t going to be a year for standing still.

For agency strategists, the role is changing.
Clients are changing.
The value of strategy is changing.
And the ways we create, sell and deliver it are changing too.

So rather than waiting for January to start thinking about what’s next, let’s get our house in order now.
