How will independent agencies grow in 2025? CEO Summit (Member Event – By Invite Only)
The year has started with the IPA Bellwether Report (16th January 2025) forecasting that after a flat 2024 there will only be marginal growth in 2025.
At the CEO Summit we will aim to tackle this head on and ask the question as to what independent agencies can do both singularly and collectively in 2025 to deliver growth that further underlines the value offered by independents as against agencies in large groups.
To help lead this discussion we will be joined by Spencer Gallagher from growth and M&A consultants Cactus who has great experience not just in marketing agencies but ensuring their positioning is compelling. We hope that this be of value both for your agency and help in how we market and position the whole independent agency community.
If there are any thoughts that you want to add ahead of this session please email kirsty@allindependentagencies.org. We really hope that you can join us for what will be a lively discussion with your peers.
