New Year’s back to basics: where to start with sustainability
Sustainability consultant Madelyn Postman of Grain Sustainability, now part of Menzies LLP, will walk us through what a materiality assessment is, together with a step-by-step approach of how to conduct one at your agency. A materiality assessment is a powerful and effective way to engage stakeholders and to identify and prioritise ESG topics, providing guidance for next steps. During this session, an anonymised case study will be shared, giving you a good idea of where you can start and move forward with sustainability at your agency. This tool is pertinent to all agency specialisms and sizes.

Quarterly CEO Summit
How Agencies Win and Retain Clients – Through the Eyes of Clients
In an increasingly competitive and fast-moving market, winning new business is only half the challenge. Retaining clients, delivering demonstrable value, and building future-proof relationships with brands has never been more critical.
This Quarterly CEO Summit brings agency leaders together for a candid, client-led discussion on what really drives agency success today. Led by Simon Francis, Chairman of Flock Associates, the session draws directly on brand-side insight, pitch experience, and data from Flock’s Agency Appraisal work to explore how agencies can strengthen their positioning, performance, and client relationships.
What we’ll explore
-
Winning and retaining clients in today’s pitch environment
How Flock supports brand owners through the pitch process — and what this reveals about how agencies can stand out, win, and keep key accounts. -
What brand owners really want from agencies
Insight into how client expectations are evolving, including the shift from “one-stop shop” models towards more specialist, best-in-class agency partners. -
Building stronger client relationships
Key learnings from Flock’s Agency Appraisal tool and how it can be used to diagnose, strengthen, and future-proof client relationships. -
Rethinking agency remuneration
How brands are approaching agency pricing and remuneration models in a world shaped by emerging technology — and why value, not time, is becoming the key determinant. -
Technology investment and agency readiness
What agencies need to consider when investing in technology to remain competitive, effective, and fit for purpose in an ever-changing industry. -
Independents vs HoldCos
Flock’s perspective on how independent agencies are viewed by brands today — and whether independents are now more than just a ‘wild card’ when drawing up pitch lists.
Who should attend
This session is designed for agency CEOs and senior leaders who want a clearer, client-side view of how to win, retain, and grow accounts — and how to position their agency for long-term success.
