Accreditation and Business Growth
Getting an accreditation for ESG is the right thing for the planet and it can be a positive step for the business. Is it future-proofing or a ‘nice-to-have’? What response can you expect from your people or clients?
If you are contemplating applying for ‘B’ Corp status or any of the other accreditation platforms this is a must attend meeting.
You’ll hear from 3 agencies on how to get the application right and the impact it has had on their business.
It’s a ‘Live’ event, which will also be available via a Zoom link, with opportunities to have your questions answered by agency experts.

Alexa Stewart has over 15 years of PR experience across B2B and B2C, after 10 years at Cirkle, Alexa transitioned into an agency operations role in 2020, which sees her responsible for driving culture and engagement across the business, leading to Cirkle achieving full Blueprint status in 2022 and B Corp accreditation and a silver EcoVadis rating in 2023.
Alexa has always played an active role during her 10 year tenure at Cirkle, championing the voices of teams and launching initiatives to enhance employee experience, including Cirkle’s social purpose and sustainability action group, their award winning wellbeing programme,  as well as leading the agency DEI programme. Sales is a tough old game and it’s too easy to become reliant on in-bound opportunities to fill your pipeline. Unless you’re hit with an economy like 2023.
It might look like outsourcing the problem is a quick fix, but there is no such thing in sales. The real solution is taking control yourself and building a sales engine that is scalable, predictable and sustainable.
In this talk our Member Lead Dan Pritchard (CEO of Program Agency) will be joined by Guest Speaker Ryan Hall (Founder – Friday Solved). Ryan will share his playbook on how to take control yourself, with practical recommendations and insights on how to build a high performing sales engine no matter how big your agency is.
It will cover everything from aligning your proposition to your target market, setting a clear sales strategy and modern sales process. How to bring authority building techniques into the sales conversation and how to build your own demand generation engine.
About our Guest Speaker:
Ryan has spent 23 years building successful sales driven businesses. He has founded agencies and had two successful exits, one of which being to Accenture.
Today, Ryan leads a consultancy called Friday Solved, who build scalable, predictable and sustainable sales engines that empower your business to take ownership over sales.

Join us for our Q2 CEO Summit on: How We Sell is Hampering Growth.
We will be joined by Robin Bonn, CEO of Co:definery who will begin the session with a short presentation on: How we sell is broken, highlighting the key points below:
- Growth is not served by pitching
- Pitching as a loss leader is bad business
- Land and expand is a bad strategy for account growth
Robin will then lead a structured discussion around ‘selling’ less to win more:
- Doubling down on provenance – differentiation and client outcomes
- Take the brief, don’t make the brief – innovation as a service
- Being trusted advisors – being consultative and showing up as experts
- Changing sales culture – selling as a noble service
About our Guest Speaker:
Robin Bonn is an advisor and coach to some of the world’s best known agencies – including DDB, UM, Mindshare, McCann, The&Partnership and MullenLowe, as well as many leading independents, like AnalogFolk, Amplify and MSQ.
Trained in International Coaching Federation standards and ethics, he’s the CEO and founder of Co:definery, an advisory and coaching practice that specialises in helping agencies thrive.
He’s also a Marketing Week columnist, a mentor for SheSays and the co-chair of BIMA’s Future Growth Council.
For leaders to build happier, healthier and more profitable agencies, Robin believes that business growth and personal growth must go hand-in-hand.
That’s a perspective he’s regularly asked to explore as an international keynote speaker, for the likes of WPI, the Advertising Association, SoDA, ICOM, BIMA, BD100, EPDA, The Network One, Agency Hackers, Worldcom and the DBA.
