Live Networking Events – A Conversation with…

There will be 3 live events held at member agency offices, which will take the form of an interview or panel discussion with the opportunity for questions. As the numbers are small it will provide an opportunity for all delegates to raise and discuss issues.

After the interview there will be an opportunity to meet with peers and other agency people over a few drinks.

The Seminars

Seminars are held on the key challenges of being an effective leader. We consulted agency leaders who shared their experience of the key skills they felt agency leaders needed and what they wish they had known before becoming a leader – and the results have shaped the content of the seminars.

Following delegate feedback from last year all seminars will be live but will be recorded, although delegates are encouraged to attend in person.

Prior to starting the programme delegates will need to complete a questionnaire which will be shared with your mentor to help guide the sessions and ensure every conversation is beneficial. There will be the opportunity for 4 mentoring sessions over the course of the programme.
