How To Be Kinder To Yourself: Using Emotional Safety For Ultimate Success
Join us for this in person session & empower your career & confidence with Emotional Safety tools in an interactive workshop led by Emotional Wellbeing Strategist & Mentor, Megan Nicola.
This months Alliance GreenJam session will focus on teaching you the EQ foundations including:
• Developing self-awareness & compassion.
• Nurturing self-confidence despite your inner critic.
• Understanding your unique self-sabotaging behaviours & how to lessen their impact.
• Creating safety around imperfection.
• Shifting your perception around how others see you.
We will discuss the pivotal role your emotions play in your career, relationships, and most importantly how you view yourself.
The session will include practical tools & exercises that participants can use to help develop their EQ and confidence in their career, life and relationships long after the session has ended.
This is ideal for agency team members of all levels who would like to lessen the impact of their self-criticism on their career, confidence & fulfilment in life.
About our speaker: Megan has spent the last 10+ years teaching people how to feel safe to feel their feelings.
She believes the narrative that emotions are meant to be ‘overcome’ and ‘fixed’ is outdated, and instead, we should be teaching people how to feel safe to feel all manners of their emotional experience – including the good, the bad and the ugly.
Only then will people feel safe to experience the full spectrum of life and everything that comes with it, instead of painstakingly attempting to control life to not feel something uncomfortable.
She has worked with a diverse range of clients from entrepreneurs, senior leaders, global brands and communities to empower people to feel safer with their emotional experiences.
She combines a mix of her unique methodology with science-backed nervous system regulation tools, and practical tips for improved emotional well-being.
