We are excited to invite our members to join us on Thursday 12th of September for our Talent Action group where we have an experienced panel who will deep dive into the solutions for Letting go when you’ve put a senior management team in place.

We know when it comes to building senior teams, trusting your employees and being able to hand off tasks and projects to them is crucial. We have selected a group of experience individuals with different perspectives on this exact topic.

Jason Foo, CEO of BBD Perfect Storm who has founded and grown two agencies, managing and growing them from a team of four to a team of over 250 people. BBD Perfect Storm also won Independent Agency of the Year at The Independent Agency Awards 2024!

Marcia La Rose , Group People & Diversity Director for Four Agency Worldwide who has over 20 years experienced working with SLT teams across agencies

Sharon Baker Leadership & Life Coach, who has worked in creative agencies as an award-winning Content Producer, Client Services Director and MD, before retraining as a leadership coach 10 years ago.

This will be a safe space for curiosity, questions, and collective learning and sharing.
