Tuesday 8th October, 5.30pm – 7.30pm
Winning new clients takes a lot of energy and enthusiasm, but keeping clients is the basis of a successful business. It is a commonly held belief that strong partnerships produce the best work and lead to better business results. So, why is it that the average length of a client/agency relationship, even when a longer term relationship is intended, is less than three years. Hear from our experts on how to keep the client fire alive and create successful long term relationships. Hear also what can go wrong and why some partnerships falter.
