This initiative offers a timely snapshot of salary trends in the marketing and advertising industry. By participating in this survey, you’ll gain early access to the full report as soon as it’s released. The more agencies that participate, the more comprehensive and valuable the insights will be. You’ll also receive an invitation to a live event, where we’ll share the findings and dive into trends, key insights, and emerging strategies in compensation.

Guidance for Completing the Salary Pulse Survey
To ensure the accuracy and integrity of our Salary Pulse survey results, we kindly ask that this survey is completed only by an individual who has direct access to and responsibility for your agency’s salary data. This is typically someone in the following roles:
  • HR Director/Manager
  • Finance Director/Manager
  • CEO, COO, or other senior executive
  • Agency Founder/Owner (if directly managing salary data)
Who Should NOT Complete This Survey?
This survey is not intended for individual employees or team members who do not have access to company-wide salary data. If you are not the appropriate person to complete this survey, please forward it to the relevant colleague in your organisation.
Why Is This Important?
To ensure that our findings are reliable and representative, we require a comprehensive overview of salary information across your agency. This includes details on all roles, levels, and pay structures within your organisation.
Next Steps
  1. Identify the Appropriate Person: If you are not responsible for salary data, please forward this survey to the person in your agency who manages or has access to salary data.
  2. Respond Accurately and Completely: The survey should be completed using current and accurate salary data for all roles in your agency.
  3. Confidentiality Assured: All data provided will remain strictly confidential and will only be used for aggregated insights.
