Creative Access is the UK’s leading inclusivity organisation in the creative industries. We are a not-for-profit social enterprise combining an unrivalled network of talent from communities under-represented in the creative economy, with progressive career support and development. Our mission is to enable young people from communities that are historically under-represented in the creative industries (in terms of ethnicity, socio-economic background and disability) to access careers, progress and thrive.

• Bespoke recruitment; we help our employer partners access new diverse talent by creating hundreds of internships, jobs and work experience opportunities per year
• Job listings; We can promote roles to our extensive job seekers community on our jobs board
• Employer training; Creative Access offers first-class diversity, equity and inclusion training and virtual open workshops to support organisations
• Individual support; We run three outstanding programmes; Entry Support (Springboard), Mid-Level (Thrive) and Senior (Elevate) for people from under-represented communities to support career progression; all including networking, training and mentoring
• Mentoring; Creative Access runs multiple highly successful mentoring programmes, including bespoke programmes for employers
• Consultancy; We provide expert strategic consultancy to help organisations understand their challenges, opportunities and priorities in terms of DE&I, where to go next and the actions to take.
• Funds and bursaries; We are always keen to partner to create funds and bursaries that can help our community access and progress in the sector
