The Future Leaders Action Group has a joint leadership team, comprising an agency senior leader and a future leader. They work together to set the agenda and lead the group. The group comprises of up to 10 Future Leaders who hold their position for a tenure of 1 year.
The Future Leaders are marketers who are committed to driving positive change, providing support, guidance and striving to create the best-in-class future leaders for the agencies of today and tomorrow.
