Description
As we emerge from the pandemic, we have an opportunity to draw positives from what’s happened in order to rethink how we lead through the challenges ahead. This will demand even more agility, risk-taking, flexibility, trust and compassionate leadership.
In response to this, The Alliance and Recast have come together to offer a group coaching programme for senior agency leaders, creating cross-agency support and facilitating further growth as leaders continue to navigate the unexpected. This allows a safe and confidential space where to share experiences, collectively adapt and support one another, and ultimately the teams they lead.
Timings
Sessions will date place via Zoom between 9-11am on the following dates:
