Hot off the back of the Alliance Festival of Happiness we invite our members to join us on 30th November for our final DEI Action group of the year in which our expert panelists will seek to deep dive the link between authenticity and happiness at work, the status and progress made towards belonging as we close out 2023.

As always we seek to provide attendees with real world actionable insights to help create an environment where people can be their authentic selves from the moment they leave our session.

We have sought to curate a mix of panelists who can provide different perspectives to help us explore the topic from all angles; this time we are delighted to host Natasha Bowen, New York Times Best Selling Author, alongside DEI Action group regular Atem Mbeboh, Founder and MD,  Rant and Rave & Amy Weidner, Co-Founder of Inclusive Jobs.
