1. General
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all attendees (“Attendees”) of the Festival of Happiness (“Event”), hosted by the Alliance of Independent Agencies, available at https://allindependentagencies.org/festival-of-happiness/.
1.2 By purchasing a ticket to the Event, Attendees agree to these Terms and Conditions. All ticket purchases are final, and Attendees are advised to read these terms carefully before completing their purchase.
2. Tickets and Admission
2.1 Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. The Alliance of Independent Agencies reserves the right to refuse entry to any Attendee who fails to present a valid ticket at the entrance of the Event.
2.2 Ticket transfers are permitted up to two weeks prior to the Event start date, but refunds will not be issued under any circumstances after this time frame.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason within two weeks of the Event date, including but not limited to personal circumstances, travel difficulties, or changes in availability.
3.2 Refunds will not be issued in the event of disruptions to transport services, including rail strikes, delays, or cancellations. Attendees are responsible for making alternative arrangements to attend the Event in the event of travel disruptions.
4. Event Cancellation or Postponement
4.1 In the unlikely event that the Event is cancelled by the Alliance of Independent Agencies, Attendees will be notified as soon as possible, and refunds or rescheduling options may be provided at the discretion of the organisers.
4.2 Should the Event be postponed to a later date, all purchased tickets will automatically transfer to the new date. Refunds in this instance will not be available if the Event occurs within six months of the original date.
5. Liability
5.1 The Alliance of Independent Agencies accepts no liability for any personal property lost, damaged, or stolen during the Event, nor for any personal injury or illness incurred as a result of attendance.
5.2 All Attendees are encouraged to check all transportation schedules and confirm travel arrangements to avoid any last-minute complications due to rail strikes, delays, or other disruptions.
6. Conduct and Safety
6.1 The Alliance of Independent Agencies reserves the right to remove from the premises any Attendee who engages in disruptive, inappropriate, or dangerous behaviour. Refunds will not be provided to individuals removed for such reasons.
6.2 Attendees must follow all health, safety, and security protocols established by the Event organisers. Failure to do so may result in removal from the Event without refund.
7. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
7.1 The Alliance of Independent Agencies reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to Attendees via email and updated on the official Event page.
7.2 Continued attendance following any modifications signifies acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
