This workshop will align directly to the keynote from Professor Damian Hughes, and facilitated by his coaching team Gary and Kirsten from Archipelo Coaching.

The session will focus on specific aspects of ‘The High-Performance Culture Manual’ and will be brought to life by client success stories, thought provoking tips and some interactive exercises aimed at giving some practical ideas to take away.

Ultimately, the session will reassure you that the most impactful and catalytic ideas & tactics that really make a difference are cost free, behavioural choices.  The session is intended to be accessible and achievable, teasing the implication that ‘there are no excuses’, if you’re serious about leveraging culture to your competitive advantage.
