Collective Alliance Member Knowledge – What are your biggest DEI Challenges?
The Alliance DEI Action group meets quarterly to help create real inclusion progress within our agencies. Our meetings are attended by people from all parts of our member organisations, at all levels of seniority, different disciplines, and with kinds of skill sets, lived experiences and intersectionality. There is incredible power in coming together to collectively commit to making our organisations more inclusive places to work and grow.
So we are switching things up; instead of bringing in an external expert to our next session on 9th July we want to tap into our collective knowledge and power to identify and crowd-source solutions to the biggest DEI challenges in our organisations in 2024. First we will identify our top 3, and then split into breakout groups to create solutions; being mindful of bandwidth, budget and all of the barriers that can impede our progress. We will come back to share those solutions together, and in doing so create a blueprint of sorts that we can all leverage to advance our progress.
We are thus seeking your input now on the specific challenges we should crowd-solve; please provide your top 3 here.
We have had an early request to share talent pipeline initiatives as one of our top 3.
Please then join us for a high energy 90 minute solutions focused session on 9th July, for this action group meeting to demonstrate our collective commitment we would like to have all of our Alliance member agencies represented at this session; and encourage you to also bring your CEO or MD.
