Navigate Uncertainty with a Leading Mindset Coach

Nina Stephenson | Leading Mindset Coach

At October’s Wellbeing Action Group on Wednesday 23rd October between 9:30 and 10:30am, we are absolutely delighted to be joined by Nina Stephenson-Camps. As a leading Mindset Coach with a niche in resilience, Nina has a corporate background working with the likes of Google, Microsoft and Ogilvy. Nina offers a completely fresh approach to mindset health at work grounded by data. Her insights into dynamic, fast paced work cultures coupled with Nina’s mindset expertise, enables her to contextualise approaches so they resonate with leaders, teams, paving the way for resilience, creativity, smooth collaborations and ultimately inner calm.

Building resilience is one of the most common training requests for leaders and teams. There’s an eagerness within the creative industry to learn how to shift daily feelings of uncertainty and overwhelm. This is where Nina’s signature keynote comes in. Offering a completely fresh approach to mindset health at work, ‘Navigating Uncertainty’ is an interactive session where you will understand what drives uncertainty and overwhelm. Nina will share her framework for transforming these common work related feelings and you’ll gain a deeper understanding as to how a few small adjustments can have a positive impact on you and cause a ripple effect to those around you. You’ll also practice short, simple tools designed to be used in the moment which you can draw upon for years to come.

ISABEL ODLIN, Chief People Person | Hub

Hosted by our Member Lead, Isabel Odlin (Chief People Person at Alliance Member Agency Hub), the Wellbeing group meet quarterly to remain constantly informed of the latest tools and resources to assist them in their vital work of maintaining the wellbeing of their agency people. They provide vital input our the Alliance programme of support which includes the annual Festival of Happiness.
