Event Details

Isabel Odlin | Chief People Person, Hub
Uzma Afridi, Principal Business Psychologist | NABS

Having considered wellbeing on an individual and team level in earlier action groups this year, this session will focus on wellbeing from an agency perspective.

We will explore the issues and challenges that you have experienced, noticed, and talked about at your agency in recent times and what, if anything, has changed since the pandemic. We will also consider the ‘nine biggest workplace mental health challenges’ according to the CIPD’s (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) Health and Wellbeing at Work Report 2022.

Its not necessary but if you’d like to have a look at the CIPD report, this is accessible here (all 39 pages!) and the People Management article focusing on the ‘nine biggest workplace mental health challenges’ is available here. As this article is only accessible by members of the CIPD, screenshots are included here

To round off the session, please bring your thoughts on solutions and initiatives that you have experienced, heard about, and/ or would like to see implemented in our agencies that really make a difference.

Our Member Lead – Isabel Odlin, Chief People Person at member agency Hub will be joined by Uzma Afridi, Principal Business Psychologist at NABS, who can give us some insight into the themes emerging from the NABS Advice Line, and what NABS can do to support Alliance member agencies’ people.
