Good Nugget is a non-profit organisation on a mission to diversify the creative industry by supporting underrepresented young adults. With young black Londoners being twice as likely to be unemployed as their white counterparts, our work is vital. Our Academy enhances employability skills and provides insights into branding and marketing through workshops, community collaborations, and mentorship from industry professionals. This approach fosters critical thinking, leadership development for industry professionals, and greater openness to diverse talent, driving positive change and inclusion in the creative sector.
