This IO is governed by the IAB Standard Terms and Conditions for Internet Advertising for Media Buys One Year or Less Version 3.0 (the “IAB Terms”) as amended: Reporting for all Deliverables shall be based on reports provided by DCM. Advertiser will make reporting available to the Media Company on a daily basis, either electronically or in writing, or provide a log in for the Media Company. Reports will be broken out by such variables as may be defined on the IO. This IO and the IAB Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales without regard to principles of conflicts of laws and each party agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction of, and agrees that the venue is proper in, the local and national courts of London, England.
We believe partnerships are built on shared goals and risks, and providing support for sustainable growth. Therefore, we want to help members in the short, medium and long-term with the following deal structure:
Members will receive a minimum of 28% value on every campaign >£15k, rising quickly and easily, to 38% value. This is broken out as follows:
– Commission: 23% on every campaign
– An accrued Value Pot: 5% of every campaign will be held for later use by the individual agency/client who accrued the value
– Added Value Imps:
+5% AV imps on campaigns >£15k
+7.5% AV imps on campaigns >£25k
+10% AV imps on campaigns >£40k
– Members can access Brand Lift Studies incorporated under the following criteria – the figures have a small range due to each study being built for each specific brand and campaign:
Budget: £30-35k
Impressions: 5-10m
Flight: 8-12 weeks
